All applicants who register for temporary work are reference checked and interviewed by qualified personnel before being sent out to work at any companies. These references can be seen if necessary.

Using temporary labour is a good way to avoid the possibility of taking on the wrong candidate as it allows you to check to see if the skills and the ability are there, and should you like the candidate then you are free to take the person onto your books after an agreed time at no extra cost to your company.

We are fully licensed with the Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA). The GLA was set up to curb the exploitation of workers in the agriculture, horticulture, shellfish gathering and associated processing and packaging industries. Companies and organisations must only use licensed providers like Pro-Drive or could face prosecution by the GLA.

On occasions, you may only need additional staff for a few days to cope with a rush order. Pro-Drive would be happy to help sort out this immediate problem for you as some of our applicants are only looking for a few days a week. This would give you peace of mind to allow you to get on with your own work.
