We are seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Manager to be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the Company, ensuring accurate reporting, cash management, effective planning and compliance with relevant regulations. To manage the HR within the business functions in conjunction with a third-party consultant. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior management to provide financial insights that drive business growth, profitability and operational efficiency.

Person Specification:

• Qualified Accountant: CIMA/ACA/ACCA


• Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost accounting.


• HR Experience: Knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment law.


• Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably an SME


• Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.


• Leadership and Management: Experience in managing and developing a finance team.


• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with various stakeholders.


• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and addressing financial issues.


• Proficiency in Accounting Software: Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
