Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Office Manager with a can-do attitude to manage all office functions.


The Role includes Procurement, Despatch/Customs paperwork for both Domestic and Rest of World deliveries.  Invoicing and Co-ordination of HR functions and Financial activities. 


Building good relationships with representatives of external service providers.


There will be some lone working in this role so the ability to keep motivated and work on own initiative is essential.


Applicants must have experience of Sage 50 and due to location, hold a driving licence and use of own car.


Hours: 08.00am to 16.00pm Monday to Thurs 08.00am to 14.00pm Friday

 

Work : In person - no remote working
