Prodrive Recruitment are seeking skilled Production Operators to join their clients team based in Pershore.
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for all aspects of core material preparation, injection and firing of products in accordance with company standards. A current valid counterbalance licence would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment to assemble products
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate production.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficient in using machines
- Ability to read and interpret instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
