Job Description

Prodrive Recruitment Ltd are seeking dynamic Sales Executives to join our local clients team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies.


Responsibilities



  • Work as part of the Internal Sales team selling products and services to our customer base. • To take a lead role in supporting the Management Team and all departments • Produce customer quotations for all Products. • Ensure customer enquiries are acknowledged within two hours of receipt and respond with a quotation as soon as possible • Keep the customer informed of any delays in quotation. • Identify and capture customer requirements using the Who, Where, Why and When method to gather the correct information. • Ensure all quotations are raised on CRM and make sure all quotes are saved and filed for future reference. • Utilise CRM System - monitor and update CRM from sales enquiry through to order. • Ensure customer quotations are followed up on CRM as per the company sales procedure. • Ensure colleagues are included in sales correspondence or other communication as and when instructed and agreed. • Ensure all customer details are entered intoCRM • Make management and sales team aware of any issues or problems regarding quotations and sales enquiries. • Answering the phone in a timely and professional manner. • To develop other initiatives to help grow the business’s income and profitability. • Use customer information to seek out new sales opportunities. • Where possible try to up-sell other company products as part of the quotation process. • Monitor stock levels and inform accounts when levels are low. Use the internal stock system to monitor stock levels. • Work as part of the team and help improve business performance. • Check all purchase orders and delivery notes against sales orders. • Check all customer details before communication • Send out electronic and physical product/company information when required. • Promote Services including CPD Seminars to Consultants, Engineers and Architects. • In the absence of a Sales Order Co-ordinator process orders from arrival through to delivery and accounts. • Always follow company processes and procedures.


Experience


- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets


- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients


- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies


- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
