Our clients require an experienced, determined, and friendly professional who can raise the company profile, attract new customers and improve the experience for existing customers to join their successful and fast-expanding company.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Communicating and liaising with customers, suppliers and staff members.
2. Marketing: Identifying, analysing, reporting and proposing improvements to existing and new; markets, email and social media campaigns, customer relationships and expanding our customer database.
3. Website: Managing and improving, website SEO, news section, and customer experience.
4. Promotional Events: Identify, recommend and manage promotional opportunities.
5. In addition to the above, any other reasonable activity necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Company.
The ideal candidate must have two years’ experience in a similar role, be confident in content writing and use of MS packages and social media in a business environment.
