Skills Qualifications
Skills: We are seeking a motivated and efficient multi-tasker, who leads by example and oversees the overall performance and control of assessment and internal quality assurance to ensure an efficient and effective service delivery. Their duties include overseeing HR duties, quality control and safety measures and analysing and improving departmental processes.
Qualifications1: Sector competent, Level 4 fire safety qualification, Level 3 assessing qualification

The Job:
1. Review and develop assessment and internal quality assurance (IQA) activities
2. Liaise with courses department regarding assessment and IQA requirements
3. Manage assessment and IQA scheduling, assessor and IQA allocation, support and related activities to ensure smooth running of assessment, IQA processes
4. Manage learner activities e.g. reasonable adjustments, late submissions, learning support, submissions, appeals etc
5. Liaise with customers and co-ordinators regarding learner requests and qualification requirements
6. Manage assessors, internal quality assurers (IQA) and department support staff e.g. induction, diaries, development, annual leave and performance
7. Day-to- management of assessment centre e.g. registration of learners, qualification claims, awarding organisation liaison, External Quality Assurance audits etc
8. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of assessment, IQA and qualification processes
9. Support other departments as required
10. In addition to above, any other reasonable activity necessary to ensuring the smooth-running of the Company
