The Job:

Full-Time role, 9am to 5pm, based at our new facility in Pershore, Worcestershire.
A fantastic opportunity is available for an individual to develop their career further as a Telesales Executive
with a well-established company poised for its next phase of exciting growth.
Based at our new Pershore office, you will work with the UK team to research target markets and
opportunities and promote the range of technical, innovative solutions company provide, as we help new and
existing customers measure coating thickness and analyse materials, in the Aerospace, Automotive,
Electronics, Engineering & Precious Metal sectors. Job responsibilities to include:
• Proactive telephone activities to new and existing customers to promote  products, services
and special offers including Tabletop X-Ray Instruments, Handheld 'Tactile' Instruments, Hardness and
Scratch Testers.
• Securing of diarised sales appointments with new and existing customers for our field-based
salespeople.
• Securing of instrument demonstrations at our new showroom in Pershore, on- site or at the customer's
premises, or on-line via video & conference calling technologies.
• Promotion of new products and accessories, calibration foils and standards, software upgrades and
digital solutions.
• Selling of our Bronze, Silver & Platinum Instrument Service Contracts.
• Promotion of our Free Sample Testing Service of customer parts.
• Contacting new and existing contacts to secure their participation at our 'Hands-On' and Online
Training workshops and courses.
• Focused Internet & telephone market research and proactive calling, identifying potential new
customers in our main sectors, including Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Engineering and
Precious Metals.
• Continuous and diligent updating of our UK database and CRM system.



Successful candidates will ideally possess:
• Some experience already on outbound calling.
• Be self-disciplined, positive, and flexible.
• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Have a good fundamental grasp of Windows and Excel.
